Cancellation policy (only applies to consumers according to § 13 BGB)
Right of withdrawal
Consumers can revoke their contract declaration within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. It does not begin before we have fulfilled our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations in accordance with § 312g Paragraph 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail). The revocation must be sent to:

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation:
In the case of an effective revocation, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation. The exception is the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to a return address that we have given you without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods (goods that can be sent by parcel post). We can pick up goods that cannot be sent by parcel post on request. You bear the immediate shipping costs for returning the goods, up to a maximum of EUR 950 exclusive statutory VAT.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to long-distance contracts for goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or whose expiry date has passed or that are sealed and for reasons of health or safety hygiene protection may not be returned. We offers goods for commercial customers and freelancers. There is no sale to private customers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. There is no right of cancellation or return for contracts between merchants. By placing your order, you confirm that you are a businessperson.
