Can I contact Saibhir Interior as a private individual?

Yes, as a private individual you can also contact us. Send us an email with your question or wishes and we will be happy to help you.

How can I become an Saibhir Interior customer?

We require for business customers the following information for registration;

  • Copy extract from your Chamber of Commerce
  • Valid VAT number (on an official document)
  • Valid proof of identity

A registration can only be done by the owner of the company, we do not accept powers of attorney.
Please note that every request is carefully screened and that only professionals with a business and industry-related purchasing goal can order from us.
Your company is industry related if you belong to the following target groups;

  • Furniture shops and/or shops that mainly sell home accessories
  • Shops in flowers and plants
  • Hotel industry & Gastronomy
  • Professionals in home and interior design

Because we carefully screen applications, we advise you to register early. This is to avoid any disappointments and long waiting times on site.

Where can I get the latest catalog?

Online catalog – In the interest of our planet, we offer an  online catalog on our website.

Information in the product description

We try to describe products as well as possible to make it as easy as possible for you to make decisions. If information is missing about products, you can call customer service (Monday – Friday 9:00 am / 5:00 pm). If that is not possible, we recommend that you make the decision to order the item, even if not all questions have been answered. Given that the items are limited in stock and of short duration, it may be that the product has been sold before we have an answer and that you will miss out on the product.

Product not available

We may not have your desired product in stock at the moment. No worries, as long as the product can be found on our website and a ‘QUOTE REQUEST’ function is included, we expect the product back in stock. You can also easily leave a e-mail and request us for the order.

To make your business even more beautiful with our selected high-quality products: from the basics, which fit perfectly into any living style, to the trend highlights, which ensure a beautiful interior!

 

On the one hand, Saibhir attaches great importance to low-emission production. This means that the suppliers produce in accordance with the laws of the respective country. In addition, on-site audits are carried out by specialists from our quality management department. To prevent waste, preference is given to new technologies to produce as sustainably as possible. On the other hand, it is ensured that there are no harmful substances in the products. In this way we strictly adhere to the legal requirements in the EU.

Customisation

Can I request bespoke furniture that are not listed on your site?

We will consider any project. Just email us your thoughts, ideas, or plans and we’ll create you a custom quote.

 

If you like the style of a previous piece that has been created by us we can make alterations to size and materials to suit your needs.

 

If your project is something different please provide a reference image or sketch along with any other information for what you have in mind.

How much does custom furniture cost?

Every project that leaves our workshop will have it’s own pricing based on materials needed and the amount of labor we expect to use. Have an idea for a custom project? Send us a message so we can put together the project and pricing for you!

Payment schedules for bespoke works

For bespoke items, we ask for a deposit – commonly 50% of the total quoted price – to be paid. The deposit acts as a confirmation of your order.

 

Work will not commence until we have received the deposit. The deposit covers the order of materials and time for initial design and processing.

 

We will contact you once the work is completed. We require payment of the remaining balance prior to dispatch.

What payment methods does Saibhir Interior accept?

Below you will find an example of a number of payment methods that we currently support.

I'm ordering furniture for delivery to Germany but want to transport it to Switzerland. How do I get a refund for the VAT?

Taxes, right? Ugh, we know they can be a pain, but luckily we make them easy to handle. If you’re ordering your furniture for delivery in Germany, but transporting it to Switzerland, all you have to do is get your invoice stamped at the border and then send us a copy via email for reimbursement. Simple!

Can I order without VAT?

We charge 0% VAT to entrepreneurs in another EU country ( Intra-Community delivery ). Strict conditions apply! Please contact us for more information.

 

If you are a private person outside the EU zone, you do not have to pay VAT.

Can I Order Samples? What’s the cost and lead time for the samples?

Yes. Simply send us a request via email. Before making your big purchase, we are happy to send you samples of the product. We want you to feel the quality of the product.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Can I also pick up my items?

Yes, this is certainly possible. Send us an email to schedule a pick-up appointment.

Do you also deliver really fast?

Hell yes! We strive to deliver packages to NL and BE, within 2-5 working days if in stock. This is of course only possible if the furniture from your order is in stock. Are you unsure about this? On the page of the relevant piece of product it is indicated in green letters whether a delivery time applies. Is this not there? Then you can assume that your furniture will be delivered quickly! 🙂

 

All our small packages can be followed with a track and trace. For Germany, France and Great Britain the delivery time is 2 to 8 working days. For the other countries in Europe, the delivery time is 5-14 working days. Shipping for outside Europe, please contact us. Your order will only be shipped to you once we have received your payment.

Where do you ship to and at what price?

Saibhir Interior delivers worldwide. Delivery times vary between Europe and the rest of the world. However, we accept custom orders from many countries outside of Europe at different rates. To find out all about shipping and delivery price, please contact us by email.

What is the Production time for custom made furniture?

The production time for our traditional, handcrafted furniture varies between 4 and 12 weeks to delivery in our distribution center. This production time depends in part on the art and materials needed to make the furniture.

Why does it take so long to produce the furniture?

We pride ourselves on creating high quality custom products that are truly one-of-a-kind. Because each item is handcrafted, it will take some time to finish. We put all of our efforts into making sure that each piece of furniture is perfect and meets our high standards of quality.

Can I get my furniture faster?

If you need a product faster, we recommend that you consider our in-stock items or look for other brands that may offer faster delivery times. However, we cannot compromise on the quality of our handcrafted furniture by rushing the production process.

How do I know when my furniture will be ready?

Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the current production schedule. We will keep you informed of any changes to the delivery date and provide updates on the progress of your order.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.

 

Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside, carrying items up stairs, placement, or removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items or you are not comfortable carrying your items, we suggest having an additional person to assist with the placement of your items inside.
